This model in natural finish has a 17″ hollow-body archtop construction with a spruce top and maple back and sides. The three-piece mahogany neck with a maple strip offers a comfortable medium C profile and a rosewood fingerboard with high-quality block inlays. The original Guild humbuckers deliver a balanced, clearly defined tone with characteristic twang, while the Guild/Bigsby vibrato provides classic modulation effects. High-quality features include Grover Rotomatic tuners, an adjustable metal bridge, chrome hardware, and elaborate multi-ply bindings all over the instrument.This DE-400 is in exceptionally well-kept, completely original condition with only slight signs of wear; even the frets and bindings are remarkably clean.
