It comes complete with circular opal glass diffuser and can be fitted on the wall or ceiling. It contains premium 70°C high temperature Nickel Cadmium batteries which enable it to provide over two hours of emergency lighting. The battery has an automatic feature with a low voltage cut-out to prevent overdischarge of the battery. A test switch enables the testing of emergency operation under regular conditions. An internal switch link system can connect an external switch to control the mains operated lamp without affecting an emergency operation.
